Spacious accommodations and direct water access were fantastic.

The back patio was poorly maintained with tricky flooring. There were spider webs around, indicating a lack of cleaning. Additionally, the cushions were a little dirty, which detracted from the otherwise beautiful view.

The space was fantastic for my big family, even with our dogs! We loved having direct river access for fun activities and chilling on the spacious balcony with drinks. Gruene Historic District was a hit too, with great live music.

My kids wished for more activities for children.

Such a spacious place! It easily fit our group of 8 and the balcony view of the river was awesome for hanging out. Plus, we had direct access to the water which was a blast. We loved grilling at the two grills nearby. Overall, a great spot to unwind! 🍹

The Triple Room with Balcony was super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 8, with a lovely balcony view of the river that's perfect for chilling out. Plus, the immediate river access made our stay even more exciting. Grilling by the water with the two grills available was a fun highlight too!

The back patio could use some maintenance.
